This is a demo site of the Foswiki Enterprise Edition available via MD Consulting. It shows some of the most advanced features available for Foswiki to make it ready from day one to be used in your organization.

Among the most interesting features is the full-text search engine based on Solr. As a facetted search engine Solr is particularly well suited to filter a structured wiki like Foswiki. Attributes of your custom DataForms match very well onto facets in the search interface to drill down into your wiki data.

Solr for Foswiki allows you to quickly implement customized search interfaces that fit a wiki data model in use. For example, given there's a DataForm definition for Projects, Clients and Products, properties like a product group or project state directly serve as a facet to drill down into respective areas of your knowledge base.

Anyway, have fun and ejoy one of the best Foswiki setups out there.
